As teachers, parents and carers, you'll know that children's reading can 'dip' during the long summer holidays. This is especially evident in children moving from Year 2 to Year 3, and from Year 6 to Year 7, so we’re encouraging all children to take part in the Summer Reading Challenge.

As children move through primary school there are always concepts or objectives that some children fail to master before it’s time to move the class on.
