We don’t charge your credit card until an order ships from our warehouse

When you order online using a credit card, there is a verification process.

The first step is to verify that the funds are available for the amount of your order. This is called an Authorization (the bank reserves the funds for the vendor).

If the authorization was unsuccessful, your credit card company may hold the funds in line with their policy. These authorizations will be removed from your account according to your credit card company’s schedule.

You can also buy products and get access online using PayPal

When you’re ready to purchase your order, you can choose to use a credit card or PayPal.

All you have to do is choose ‘Checkout with PayPal’ and follow the steps.  

Your order may be put on hold if some of your billing details need to be reviewed.  You will not be charged until your order details are confirmed. You will receive an email within about 48 hours of placing your order to let you know if your order has been confirmed.

Orders may be declined because some of your details were flagged for further review or because of a glitch in our system. Try placing your order again using different payment and billing details.
