For physical products
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your book(s), unopened CDs, unopened DVDs, or unopened software, in resalable condition and with the original receipt, within 30 days for a full refund.
You can request this refund in the Order History section of your account. Following this, you will be sent an email with the next steps.
Products should be shipped prepaid via a traceable method such as UPS. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice with the item(s), and be sure to include your full name and address on the outside of the package.
For electronic products
eTexts, digital audio, digital videos or other digital goods cannot be returned for a refund. We do not offer a refund policy because it is impossible to return a digital product.
Pearson online subscription purchases
To request a refund for an online subscription please go to your order history and select Return next to your product.
Note: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Propero products may be canceled for a full refund, for up to 24 hours after buying. We'll need your order number, found in your order confirmation email or order history. You can start your cancelation request by going to Propero Support.
Accelerated Pathways courses
100% refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. No refunds are available after 30 days.
