Melissa Matlins, Executive Partner, Client Partner
Melissa Matlins serves as Executive Client Partner at Pearson, where she leads the enterprise strategic accounts team. In this capacity, she is accountable for cultivating and expanding relationships with Pearson’s largest global clients, driving sustained growth through long-term partnerships, and aligning Pearson’s suite of talent development and enterprise learning solutions to the priorities of leading organizations worldwide.
Previously, she held the role of Vice President of Marketing at Vimeo, where she built and scaled the global enterprise go-to-market function pre and post-IPO. She began her career in architecture, earning a B.A. from New York University, and has since built a diverse professional portfolio spanning entrepreneurship, marketing, and sales. Her cross-disciplinary experience and non-linear career path reflect a strong emphasis on adaptability, innovation, and the value of transferable skills.

Scott Harris, Digital Marketing Officer
Scott Harris is Digital Marketing Officer at Pearson, leading the company’s global digital team. He brings more than 20 years of experience driving growth, campaign, partner, and product‑led marketing at leading technology and education companies including Box, Adobe, and Instructure. Scott has deep expertise in PLG and ecommerce, and in building and managing engineering teams that power digital platforms and growth at scale—leveraging data and technology to deliver the right message and experience to the right audience at the right time, with measurable business impact.
