About the Author
Louise Burnham has vast experience in varying roles within the school. She has worked as a primary teacher for 11 years, 3 of these as teacher governor. She has 3 years experience as SENCO managing teaching assistants, 5 years as health and safety representative and 3 as a union representative. She has worked as curriculum manager for Science and Music, and currently works part time in a primary school, where part of her role is to manage teaching assistants.
