For Higher Education, related professional and Pearson English titles, we're happy to check our archive to see if a title is available in PDF format. As a rough guide, titles published since 2003 are generally available although there may be some exceptions.
We will respond to all requests and let you know if the files are not available from our archive. If we aren’t able to supply electronic files, the requesting institution/organisation may scan the print textbook and create an electronic copy themselves. The files created are then subject to the terms and conditions in the alternative format request form.
We will give permission for a second or subsequent student to have access to the alternative format provided that they are also print impaired. Please complete our alternative format request form as you did for the first student, this time ticking the box to indicate that this is a request for permission to use a previously supplied text for a second individual.
Please complete and submit the alternative format request form with as much information as you can. Include details about your circumstances in the further information or additional comments field. We may then contact you for further information regarding your request.
