Our principle mission
To review the widening inequalities gap that has arisen during the COVID-19 pandemic with an emphasis on access to education, learning and skills and the role they will play in re-starting the economy. The Forum's main aim is to drive awareness and promote engagement and change.
Five evidence sessions will each focus on a different mission and will take place between now and October. They will cover diverse and important themes such as the impact of the COVID pandemic on equality in learning and employment for young people, women, and minority ethnicities plus a focus on inequality and regional differences.
A final evidence gathering event (to be confirmed) will focus on a specific issue identified as needing further urgent exploration on evidence gathered from the first four sessions.
