Digital learning for a digital world
Today’s students live in a digital world, and to ensure they’re future ready we need to harness the potential of digital learning to teach active learning skills.
Active learners don’t wait for the answer — they work independently to seek out solutions. They also develop critical thinking and questioning skills, which the US Department of Labor lists as foundational and crucial to success in the workforce.
Technology in the classroom also allows educators to integrate collaborative learning and help students develop necessary soft skills — interpersonal skills and social capabilities — in online environments that more closely mirror their future workplaces.
