About the speakers

Dr. Terri Moore, Eastern Florida State College
A native Floridian, Terri worked in North Carolina for 15 years, directing non-profit agencies primarily in the health care and services fields. Terri moved into academia where she has taught in higher education for over 20 years, teaching communication courses while completing her master's degree in communication studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Returning to her native state, she taught communication and college success courses with Polk Community College as she completed her PhD in psychology with an emphasis in social psychology.
A dual credentialed professor with Eastern Florida State College, Terri has been teaching both psychology and communication courses for over 15 years using Pearson products, including MyLab® and Revel®. She has taught a wide range of communication and psychology courses face to face and through online platforms. While Terri continues to teach with Eastern Florida State College, in 2019, Terri decided to join Pearson full time as a Revel faculty advisor, after freelancing as a faculty advisor with Pearson for 12 years.

Anna Attaway, Student, Texas A&M University-Commerce
Anna is an honors student at Texas A&M University in Commerce, TX. She is in her junior year pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and minors in legal studies and psychology. As part of the Pearson Campus Ambassador program, she has worked on and tested several Pearson products, including Revel and Pearson+. After graduation, she hopes to work in business management and eventually pursue a certification as a paralegal. Her favorite college class that she has taken is Logic. Outside of classes, Anna’s hobbies include hiking, reading, and playing guitar.

Taylor King, Student, North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University
Taylor is a third-year business administration student. She’s preparing to study abroad in Mexico to strengthen her language skills and cultural competence. In addition to being a Pearson Campus Ambassador, Taylor is VP of Administration for the NC A&T Chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma and a member of Cohort III of the Boeing | TMCF Scholar Program.

Tahmina Tisha, Student, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University
Tahmina is a first-generation college student. As a Pearson Campus Ambassador, she enjoys assisting in back-to-school efforts, tabling events, and sharing her experience with MyLab and Mastering®. She knows four different languages and enjoys playing soccer and running.
