Explore the Learning Catalytics classroom response system, and discover how its wide array of question types make it valuable in a wide range of courses, from science and math to the humanities. Bring your own Internet device for a hands-on experience: see how questions appear to students, how you answer them, how to find well-crafted questions in the large Learning Catalytics library, and how easy it is to build questions of your own.

Professor Terry Austin
Terry Austin has been an instructor at Temple College for 15 years, and chaired Biology over a decade. During this time he has taught both semesters of a two-semester Anatomy & Physiology course and transitioned A&P to a fully online offering. He has also transitioned Microbiology into a hybrid offering, where all course components other than lab are fully online. He continues to oversee his online courses and develop and deliver content for his virtual classrooms. Austin holds a BS and MS in Biology from Midwestern State University with an emphasis in Mammalogy, and has completed doctoral work in Neuroscience at the University of North Texas. He is author of several VideoTutor modules for Pearson’s Mastering A&P and is a Faculty Advisor for both Mastering A&P and Mastering Microbiology.
