We want to help get you ready for the fall semester, but at the same time, we know how busy you are this time of year. So, we'd like to introduce you to our "30 Minute Tune-Up" Webinar Series.
Join us for some quick tips from a fellow Mastering™ user who will highlight a few strategies you can use within Mastering A&P, helping you to get the most out of it.
The Mastering features that our presenter and faculty advisor, Debbie Schmidt, will review are all designed to save you time and enrich the health of our course. Some of the features she will cover include the new Instructor home page, Dynamic Study Modules, Adaptive Follow Ups, and Learning Catalytics.
Debbie Schmidt, Hocking College
Debbie Schmidt is the faculty advisor in life sciences for the Eastern US and Canada for Pearson. She earned her master’s degrees in audiology and in human anatomy & physiology instruction.
As the lead instructor for A&P at Hocking College, she had such success with Mastering® A&P that she was invited to share her experience with other faculty. Schmidt continued this work joining Pearson full time in 2015 and teaching part time. She lives in Granville, Ohio with her high school sweetheart husband, Mark, their children, Tyler and Chelsea, and their German shepherd, Sadie.
