So, we'd like to introduce you to our "30 Minute Tune-Up" Webinar Series.Join us for some quick tips from a fellow Mastering™ user who will highlight a few strategies you can use within Mastering Biology, helping you to get the most out of it.

Rebecca Orr
Rebecca Orr is a professor of biology at Collin College in Plano, Texas. She has taught a variety of freshman- through senior-level biology courses for over 19 years. She earned her PhD in cell regulation at U.T. Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas.
As a TBLC-Certified Trainer-Consultant, she works with faculty across the disciplines in moving their courses from a traditional lecture format to team-based learning. Rebecca's primary interest is investigating strategies that increase student success in the majors introductory biology classroom, and she enjoys focusing on the creation of active learning opportunities that both engage and challenge students.
Much of her efforts are spent incorporating technology into the lecture portion of the course through a variety of means, and analyzing how various strategies and technologies impact student learning. She has used Mastering since late 2009.
