The MyLab features that our presenter, Professor Kate Demarest, will review are all designed to save you time and increase your students' engagement. Some of the features she will cover include Excel Grader, new question Types for quizzing, and an overview of the performance dashboard.
Kate Demarest
Kate Demarest is a full-time member of the accounting faculty at the AACSB accredited Merrick School of Business at the University of Baltimore. She teaches both graduate and undergraduate classes in financial and managerial accounting, and has a particular interest in the field of taxation. Kate has been teaching for 29 years, starting her teaching career at the community college level. An early adopter of MyAccountingLab, Kate is convinced about the impact that technology can have on increasing student engagement and success in both online and face-to-face courses. She's a frequent presenter at local and national conferences, including presentations on pedagogy, tax law, and workforce readiness.
