Brooke Gleason, Senior Business Development Manager at Amazon Web Services, collaborates with higher education customers and consulting partners building Alexa and AI and ML solutions to drive student engagement. Prior to joining Amazon’s education business, she incubated and launched new AWS services in the Enterprise Applications stack, including Alexa for Business, Amazon Chime, and Amazon WorkSpaces. Before joining AWS in 2014, she led a Cisco Systems go-to-market team of product managers, solutions architects, and specialty sellers. Gleason started her career at the Duke Institute for Global Health, and spent several years managing patient- and family-centered care programs and initiatives at Duke Medical Center and UNC Hospitals. She graduated with a BA from Duke University in European History and Spanish Literature.
