COVID-19 has propelled many face-to-face instructors to take their courses online for the Fall 2020 semester. With little time to prepare, instructors are tasked with developing an effective and engaging online course. This webinar will address three evidence-based strategies instructors can incorporate into their online course design. Specific recommendations regarding incorporating low-stakes, digital assignments; increasing engagement in an online environment; and conducting online exams in a way that decreases academic dishonesty will be discussed.
