Training

We offer high-quality, competitively priced training either through public workshops in central London or Manchester, in-house courses (for 5 or more delegates), or a blended approach.

TalentLens courses include BPS accredited Test User Occupational Ability and Personality training, as well as qualification and conversion training in the SOSIE and Golden personality instruments.

Our trainers are experienced business psychologists and experts in using the instruments. Our Personality trainer, Angus McDonald, is the chair of the BPS Committee on Test Standards.

Support

Sales consultants

Our sales consultants are available to offer advice on the appropriate assessments for your particular client group. They can provide product presentations and attend team meetings, in-service study days or regional conferences.
