Pearson TQ secure contract with Royal Logistic Corps

Pearson TQ are pleased to announce that they have been awarded the contract to deliver Apprenticeships including provision of Functional Skills to the Royal Logistics Corps (RLC).

The RLC is the largest corps in the British Army, with over 16,000 soldiers and officers working and operating in regiments of every type.

This contract which begins in October 2015 will involve assessment of some one thousand plus learners a year in a wide variety of RLC trades across a multitude of Army locations as well as work with Royal Marines and RAF personnel on driving courses.

The contract complements Pearson TQ’s work on MoD Work Based learning, notably the Royal Engineers Apprenticeships programme and the delivery of Functional Skills to soldiers at the recruiting centres in Winchester, Pirbright and Harrogate.
