Pearson TQ Apprenticeship Programmes
NHS Leadership Academy Apprenticeship Programmes
We embed CMI Leadership and Management content into our Level 3 Team Leader and Level 5 Operations Manager apprenticeships and have developed three NHS Leadership Academy CMI accredited programmes.
Leadership programmes designed to help NHS employees develop into confident leaders and managers embracing the core NHS principles. Programmes will be algined to the new 2026 NHS National Standard for Managers and Leaders.
Our partnership gives apprentices access to free AoA membership, giving them a wide range of support including events, skills development opportunities and wellbeing resources.
