We’re proud to partner with the NHS Leadership Academy to support NHS staff in developing effective, compassionate leadership skills. 

Through this partnership we offer an exciting leadership initiative for the Edward Jenner, Mary Seacole and Rosalind Franklin programmes, providing the option for learners to achieve a nationally recognised CMI qualification.

NHS 2026 Management and Leadership Framework

We are aligning our management and leadership programmes to the new national standard for managers and leaders within the NHS that will be released in 2026.

The NHS Management and Leadership Framework is being developed by NHS England in collaboration with sector experts to establish consistent professional standards and a Code of Practice.

The framework will outline clear expectations for managers and leaders across the NHS for both clinical and non-clinical staff at every level.
