Childcare and Early Years updates

The materials for our Early Years Lead Practitioner EPA will be published soon. We had some positive feedback from providers so far and we also received feedback on our revised price for this standard.

Digital update | Post-16 - Removal of funding for level 2 digital and ICT qualifications from July 2022

From July 2022 the ESFA will remove post-16 funding from Level 2 Functional Skills Qualifications in ICT and Level 2 ICT for Users qualifications, from all awarding bodies.

Business updates

Pearson Level 3 End-point Assessment for Customer Service Specialist

Please be advised that we have made a small change to the Customer Service Specialist Level 3 EPA Resource Pack. This is to clarify the evidence requirements of grade criterion 7.P1.

This change has been reflected in the EPA Resource Pack - Issue 2 - February 2022 document, which can be found in ACE360 Knowledge Base.
