Who is the programme for?
This programme is designed for leaders in healthcare who want to achieve a nationally recognised, accredited qualification to support their career progression. It is suitable for anyone in a leadership role with responsibility for people, teams or services, and who can apply their learning directly to their workplace.
To take part, you will need to commit to a minimum of five hours of study per week.
Why join the programme?
The Mary Seacole Programme is practical, grounded in real workplace experience and focused on helping leaders make meaningful improvements.
It strikes a balance between exploring leadership theory and applying it in practice.
It empowers those stepping into their first formal leadership role to build confidence, lead teams effectively and champion compassionate, high‑quality patient care.
