About this programme

This apprenticeship builds the practical skills your teams need to keep NHS services running smoothly. Whether staff work in a fast‑paced hospital setting or within a smaller clinical team, they’ll develop versatile capabilities that strengthen patient care and support day‑to‑day operational efficiency. It also creates clear progression pathways, helping employees grow into wider roles across your Trust.

Key responsibilities

In this role, apprentices support and engage with different parts of the organisation, working with both internal and external customers. They may work independently or as part of a team, with responsibilities that include developing, implementing, maintaining and improving a wide range of administrative services.
