As a team leader, you’ll work across departments and collaborate with clinical colleagues, HR, finance and other internal and external partners to deliver safe, efficient and high‑quality patient care.
NHS Leadership Academy
The prestigious Edward Jenner Leadership Programme from the NHS Leadership Academy is embedded within this apprenticeship, giving learners access to nationally recognised leadership development as part of their training.
Key responsibilities
Supporting, managing and developing team members, managing projects, planning and monitoring workloads and resources, delivering operational plans, resolving problems, building relationships internally and externally.
