Assessment is based on:

• Attendance at three online workshops
• Participation in five facilitated impact groups
• Ongoing contributions to an online discussion forum throughout the programme

Learners complete one CMI written assignment and one Rosalind Franklin written assignment. These demonstrate  understanding of the assessment criteria and learning has been applied in the workplace. There is no exam.
