Ingredient list and measurements:

Cookie Recipe:

1 cup butter

1 cup sugar

1 large/extra-large egg

1 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (can exchange with vanilla if allergies)

3 cups flour

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

Frosting:

3 cups powdered sugar

3 tablespoons corn syrup

3 tablespoon milk

3/4 teaspoon almond extract –

If the frosting is too runny, add more powdered sugar. If it is stiff, add more milk. This is a nice starting point for the frosting!
