On Thursday 8th November, Pearson’s Power of Maths Roundtable will see leading influencers across education, maths and business come together to discuss and unlock contemporary issues facing mathematics in Britain today.
The free event held in central London, will be chaired by distinguished education journalist and Tes editor, Ann Mroz, and include thought-provoking sessions from award-winning maths teacher and comedian, Kyle Evans, as well as leading academic and founder of Maths Through Stories, Dr Vincent Natthapoj Vincent Trakulphadetkrai.

The roundtable will provide an opportunity to explore and discuss pressing topics in maths education, including:
- Eradicating ‘I can’t do maths’ from British culture - are there systemic barriers to progress?
- Can growth mindset and teaching for mastery develop the STEM workforce of tomorrow?
