The BTEC Awards has always sought to recognise the strength, resilience, flexibility, determination and perseverance of our learners, educators and learning centres. For this reason, we decided that this year, as we navigate our current collective landscape, it was even more important to find a way to celebrate and recognise the hard work and commitment of the last 2 years by teachers, tutors, schools, colleges, training providers and learners.
And so, we are delighted to let you know that we will be moving the 10th annual BTEC Awards online. The ceremony will still take place on 25 June at 2pm (GMT+1) and will be live streamed across several of our social media channels.
BTECs are high-quality, career-focused qualifications grounded in the real world of work. BTEC courses focus on skills-based learning and are designed around themed units. This practical approach allows BTEC learners to develop and apply the knowledge and skills that employers, colleges and universities are looking for.
Find out about different jobs, see what qualifications you need to do them, and take our quizzes to see if you've got what it takes!
BTEC National qualifications provide a vocational alternative to A levels for learners who prefer a more practical, real-world way of learning. Highly regarded by universities, FE colleges and employers, they can help you to progress to a career in your chosen sector or to further and higher education.
