Who is the programme for?
This programme is designed for leaders who want to strengthen their personal impact, guide their teams through change, and help build compassionate, inclusive and person‑centred cultures of care.
Why join the programme?
Learners will strengthen their leadership practice and create meaningful improvements across their team(s) and organisation. By taking part, they will:
- Enhance their personal impact so they can inspire progress within their team and across the wider organisation or system.
- Bring immediate, positive and productive changes to services, including improved staff morale, better service‑user experience, more effective redesign, reduced waste and more efficient use of resources.
- Build a strong professional network by connecting with influential leaders facing similar challenges.
Workshop dates
It is a mandatory requirement of the Rosalind Franklin Programme that participants attend all Workshops and Impact Groups to successfully pass the programme. Workshops and Impact Groups are delivered virtually and are full days.
The Study Support Groups are highly recommended but not mandated and are delivered virtually and are 2 hours in duration.
