Pearson TQ is delighted to share the outcome of its recent Ofsted inspection, which recognised the organisation as delivering strong standards in leadership and governance, achievement, curriculum and teaching, while meeting safeguarding requirements and securing expected standards in inclusion, participation and development.

Inspectors highlighted Pearson TQ's ambitious approach to supporting apprentices, strong employer partnerships, high-quality teaching, and effective quality assurance arrangements. The report found that apprentices make excellent progress, develop valuable workplace skills, and benefit from challenging, well-planned programmes that exceed apprenticeship requirements.

The inspection also recognised the positive experiences of both apprentices and employers, noting apprentices' confidence, professional development and career progression, alongside the strong collaboration between Pearson TQ and its employer partners.

The outcome reinforces Pearson TQ's commitment to delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes that support individuals to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to succeed and progress in their careers.

With an impressive 80% overall achievement rate for 2024/25, Pearson TQ learners surpassed the 75% business goal, the government’s benchmark target of 67% and the 60% national average.
