Nurturing a life-long curiosity and passion for science
We seek to help and inspire every learner in their journey to discover more about, and have a positive impact on, the world around us.
Discover Mastery in Science
Mastery in Science is a way to teach the KS3 and GCSE subject content that uses big ideas to encourage deep understanding of key concepts designed to link content together in a logical and steady way from year 7 to year 11.
We have worked with lots of teachers, examiners and subject experts to put together a comprehensive pathway to help you deliver Mastery in Science, and plan your teaching from year 7 right up to year 11 and beyond.
Find out how mastery can support you with broadening the curriculum and diversity links in science.
Celebrating schools and young people in our World Changer Awards
Are your students using their learning in Science to make a positive impact in their community and beyond?
Whether it’s writing books on issues that matter to them most, putting their curiosity in science to practical use in the community, or any weird and wonderful initiatives for good, the Education and Beyond award category in our World Changer Awards celebrates the passion, projects and initiatives among young people that stem from English, Maths and Science, and any wider subject areas across education.
We're delighted to annouce Nike Folayan, engineer and Co-founder of AFBE-UK, is a World Changer ambassador for the Education and Beyond award category, highlighting the importance in STEM subjects, and the part they play in the world around us.
