For physical products

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your book(s), unopened CDs, unopened DVDs, or unopened software, in resalable condition and with the original receipt, within 30 days for a full refund.

Products should be shipped prepaid via a traceable method such as Royal Mail 1st Class or TNT. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice with the item(s), and be sure to include your full name and address on the outside of the package.

For electronic products

Electronic goods

We do not offer a refund for eTexts, digital audio, digital videos or other digital goods.

Pearson online subscription purchases

To request a refund for an online subscription please go to your order history and select Return next to your product.

Note: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
