Let's recall from our conduct video that Sha Gaff's rule has kind of two parts. Uh Part one says that in any organisms DNA, the amount of guanine should equal the amount of cytosine and the amount of Adine should equal the amount of thine. So part one establishes um the equal amounts of the complementary base pairs. And then part two says that the ratio of purine to pyridine basis is 121. And just so we remember the purines rang and they have a two ring structure while the pyrimidines are C and T and they have a single ring structure. So those are kind of the two parts of Shar Gaff's rule regarding the uh proportions of different bases in any organism's DNA. So we can look over at our answer choices and we see that choice. A is 1 to 1 which is the correct ratio. So A is our answer, the ratio of parameter to appearing bases in any organisms DNA. According to Sharga rule is 1 to 1 choice.
