And so the process how it works is that this DNA the double helix is separated into two strands. Four transcription to take place. One strand is going to run five prime 23 prime, while the other one will be opposite to it, running three prime to five prime. However when transcription happens these transcription factors or these transcription complex is going to attach to this trend creating an M. RNA strand that is running opposite to it or 53. This M RNA strand is going to be essentially the same as the original five or three D. N. A. Strand. Except that timing is replaced by euros L because it is an RNA strand. Now because these two are essentially the same strand. This is called the coding strand because it codes the it has the exact same code as the M. R. N. A. And this one is called a template string.
