Hi everyone here we have a question asking us to draw the Lewis structure for sodium form eight H. C. 00. N. A. So sodium for mate is going to disassociate into sodium plus four mate. So carbon is going to be our central atom and it's going to be double bonded to an oxygen with two lone pairs to fill the octet rule, and then it will be single bonded to another oxygen with three lone pairs and that will have a negative charge and then it will be single bonded to a hydrogen and then it will have a sodium.
